AI agent pricing — pilot, production, and care.
The strategy call and the pilot are free. An optional scope pack is $750–$1,500, credited if production starts within 30 days. Production is typically $4–8k, complex work $8–15k. Care is $500, $1,000, or $2,000 a month. These are floors, not a quote.

What a band is not.
A floor is not a promise that your workflow costs the bottom of the range. It is not a retainer you must sign to see a pilot. It is not a per-seat chatbot plan. Shadow mode is how customer-facing agents start; it is not a separate product with a made-up surcharge.

Do we own the code?
