2. 2. Pilot Fit ScorecardTen questions about whether that workflow is ready. The self-serve page is not published yet, so we walk the fit check on the call or by email. There is no guaranteed pass rate and no promised ROI.
3. 3. Optional scope pack — $750–$1,500A written scope if you want one before anyone builds. Credited if production starts within 30 days. Skip it and go straight to the pilot.

5. 5. ProductionTypically $4–8k. Complex work $8–15k. A fixed fee for the build after the workflow is scoped — not a number we invent on the homepage and then change in a contract.
6. 6. Warranty and careDefects in what we shipped are covered by a warranty agreed in the production statement of work. We do not publish a slogan length for it. Care after that is optional: $500, $1,000, or $2,000 per month.

The free pilot.

The pilot is the proof. It is one workflow, small enough to start and real enough to judge, built in about one to two weeks. It runs on your tools. It costs nothing. If it does not earn a production build, you have still seen the approach on your own work.

We do not use the pilot to sneak in a platform subscription. You own the agent and the code, including what the pilot produces.

Shadow mode.

Shadow mode means the agent drafts or recommends and a person still sends, approves, or files. Support, and anything a customer will see, starts here. There is a way to turn the agent off. It acts on its own only after the drafts are ones you would have sent.

When not to hire us.

If the workflow is a trigger and one action, Zapier or Make is enough. We will say that on the call. Custom code is for the edge: the broken export, the exception, the step that lives in one person’s head.

We also will not take work that depends on invented clients, a guaranteed return, or a line about replacing your team. If nobody can walk the process, it is not ready for a pilot yet.
